Carl Leathers

Carl Leathers Jr., 75, of Stony Point Road died Tuesday at Good Samaritan Hospital, Lexington.

Born July 7, 1928, in Danville, he was the son of the late Carl and Rosa Belle Carmichael Leathers. He was a lineman and repairman for BellSouth, an Army veteran of the Korean War, and a member of Lexington Avenue Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Lena Daugherty Leathers; two daughters, Martha Smith of Danville and Becky King of Parksville; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a son, Ronnie "Butch" Leathers.

Services will be 1 p.m. Friday at Stith Funeral Home. Burial will be in Bellevue Cemetery.

Visitation will be after 5 p.m. Thursday.

Memorials may go to Gideons International Bible Fund.

Carrie J. Mosley

Carrie Julia Mosley, 81, formerly of High Street, widow of Joe Mack Mosley, died Tuesday at Stanford House nursing home. Arrangements are incomplete at Preston-Pruitt Funeral Home.

Marie Baker

LEXINGTON - Marie Baker, 97, of Lexington died Tuesday.

Born Dec. 11, 1905, in Harrodsburg, she was the daughter of the late Robert P. and Clara Eastin Baker.

She was a retired employee of Gibson Greeting Card Co., a member of First Christian Church and Order of the Eastern Star.

Survivors include cousins.

Services will be 11:30 a.m. Thursday at W.R. Milward Mortuary-Broadway by the Rev. Joe Bob Grider. Burial will be in Burgin Memorial Gardens.

Visitation is 5-8 p.m. today.

Memorials may go to First Christian Church, 1305 Audubon Ave., Lexington 40503.

Marcella Fuller

HARRODSBURG - Marcella Fuller, 67, of Salvisa died Tuesday at her home.

Born Dec. 14, 1935, in Paris, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Thelma Earlywine Frederick. She was a retired employee of Modine Corp. and had cleaned houses.

She was a member of Grapevine Christian Church, where she helped in Bible school for several years. She was the widow of Donald Fuller.

Survivors include three daughters, Virginia D. Fuller of Salvisa, Arlene F. Bruner of Centre, Ala., and Jullienne K. Readnour of Duncan; a son, Larry D. Fuller of Burgin; three brothers, James C. Frederick of Lexington, Ronald D. Frederick of Raleigh, N.C., and Larry W. Fuller of Louisville; three sisters, Patricia A. Crumb of Dayton, Ohio, Debbie Dines of Greenville, Ohio, and Kay Horseman of Lawrenceburg; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Wesley D. Fuller.

Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Alexander & Royalty Funeral Home by Claude Waldridge. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Eric and Aaron Bruner, Jeremy and Cody Fuller, Brandon Horseman and Tim Readnour.

Visitation is 5-9 p.m. today and after 7 a.m. Thursday.

Stanley Wilkerson

LIBERTY - Stanley Wilkerson, 71, of Chelf Ridge Road, Hustonville, died Tuesday at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center.

Arrangements are incomplete at Bartle Funeral Home.
