Luke Daniel Alford
Jenny and Alex Alford of Danville announce the birth of a son, Luke Daniel, 4:10 p.m. Aug. 1 at Central Baptist Hospital.
The baby weighed 8 pounds, 7 ounces and measured 19 1/2 inches.
Maternal grandparents are Cathy and Steve Wright of Danville. Paternal grandparents are Jim and Janet Alford of Danville. Great-grandparents are Ray and Shirley Mills of Marseilles, Ill., and Martha Froedge of Tompkinsville.
