MORELAND - Geraldine Laura Moore, 70, of Junction City died today at her home.

Barbara A. Newby

LANCASTER - Barbara Ann Newby, 59, of Buckeye died today at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. She was the wife of Delbert M. Newby.

Dennia Norton

HARRODSBURG - Dennia Norton, 81, of Harrodsburg, widow of A.J. Norton, died Monday at Harrodsburg Health Care Center.

Jack C. Zanone

LANCASTER - Jack C. Zanone, 82, of Hagan Court died Monday at his home. He was the husband of Ruth Wooton Zanone. Arrangements are incomplete at Ramsey Funeral Home.


Lilus R. Riley

HARRODSBURG - Services for Lilus Ray Riley, 92, will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Ransdell Funeral Chapel by the Rev. Robert DeFoor. Burial will be in Willisburg Cemetery.

She died Monday at Harrodsburg Health Care Center.

Born Feb. 21, 1911, in Washington County, she was the daughter of the late Ed and Elizabeth Kyler Stine. She was a retired homemaker and a member of Harrodsburg Baptist Church.

Survivors include three daughters, Elaine Warner and Shannon Holiday, both of Harrodsburg, and Patsy Davis of Nashville, Tenn.; a sister, Matha Adams of Lawrenceburg; eight grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Bobby Riley.

Pallbearers will be grandsons. Honorary pallbearers are great-grandsons.

Visitation will be after 5 p.m. today and prior to the service Wednesday .

Lula Tudor

LANCASTER - Services for Lula Nell Tudor, 84, of Lancaster are 2 p.m. today at Spurlin Funeral Home by the Revs. David Young and Daryl Hodge. Burial will be in Lancaster Cemetery.

She died Saturday at Danville Centre for Health and Rehabilitation.

Pallbearers will be Danny Elam, Bobby and Tommy Tudor, Johnny Metcalf, and Jody and Danny Dailey.

David R. Williams

CRAB ORCHARD - Services for David Roger Williams Sr., 62, of Stanford will be 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at McKnight Funeral Home by Keith Asher. Burial will be in Camp Nelson National Cemetery with military rites by Caswell Saufley Post 18, American Legion.

He died Saturday at Veterans Administration Medical Center, Lexington.

Born Nov. 28, 1940, in Portsmouth, Ohio, he was the son of Ray Williams of Olmsted Falls, Ohio, and the late Mildred Fultz Simpson. He was an Army veteran.

Other survivors include his stepmother, Patricia Williams of Olmsted Falls; a daughter, Shelby Hendrickson of Stanford; a son, David R. Williams Jr. of Frankfort; three sisters, Sandra Wilder of West Chester, Ohio, Debra Jo Leinart of Somerville, Ohio, and Sherlyn Funk of Olmsted Falls; two brothers, Kevin Simpson of Reading, Ohio, and Daniel Williams of Olmsted Falls; five grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

Pallbearers will be Vernon Brown Jr., Timothy Brown, Roger Fultz, Daniel Williams, Kevin Simpson and Otis Hendrickson.

Visitation will be after 10:30 a.m. Wednesday.
