Records in the Boyle County Clerk's office show that the Campbellsville holding company representing the Save-A-Lot grocery chain paid $1.6 million to Richardson Heritage Partnership for the shopping center on Lexington Road.
CCNR Properties, LLC, purchased the property on behalf of Saver Group, Inc., parent corporation for Save-A-Lot. Save-A-Lot will move into the location after remodeling at the Lexington Road site is completed.
The building and lot were Save-A-Lot currently operates in downtown Danville is owned by the city. There is no word yet on the fate of that property.
