Billy Shawn Davis, 29, 1604 Kennedy Bridge Road, three counts of felony criminal possession of a forged instrument, amended to misdemeanor, 12 months on each count, probated.

Rhonda G. Draper, 41, 8620 Lebanon Road, Parksville, driving under the influence of intoxicants, blood-alcohol content .200 percent, $200, four days with credit for time served and 120-day license suspension.

Dustin L. Elam, 26, Frankfort, four counts of third-degree criminal mischief, 60 days on each count to be served concurrently; disorderly conduct, $50; alcohol intoxication, $25; resisting arrest, 60 days, concurrently; possession of marijuana, 60 days; two counts of third-degree assault, 12 months, to serve 60 days; remanded for 44 days, balance of jail sentence probated.


Maurice D. Hayes, 22, Harrodsburg, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, amended to attempted possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, 12 months; possession of marijuana, 12 months, concurrently; resisting arrest, 12 months, concurrently.

Justin Powell, 21, Hensley Heights, theft by unlawful taking, shoplifting, $50 and 30 days, jail sentence probated; careless driving, $50; possession of an open alcoholic beverage container, $25; leaving the scene of an accident, $100 and six months, jail sentence probated.

Jerry L. Young, 40, 1840 Cummins Ferry Road, possession of marijuana, $300 of which $150 is to go to Drug Abuse Resistance Education program; alcohol intoxication, $25; failure to display registration number, $25.

Sandra J. Baker, 27, 526 Bowman Ave., three counts of misdemeanor theft by deception, $50 probated and 40 days probated.

Chastity McLemore, 28, 501 Catlett Lane, two counts of misdemeanor theft by deception, $50 and 10 days, jail sentence probated.

Theresa M. Nowlin, age not available, 2195 Louisville Road, misdemeanor theft by deception, $50 and 10 days, jail sentence probated.

Brandon L. Wilham, 19, 830 N. College st., Apt. 105, second offense DUI, blood-alcohol content .101 percent, $380, seven days and 18-month license suspension; careless driving, merged with DUI charge; possession of drug paraphernalia, $50

Mark F. Gossett, 22, 728 Stoner Street, fourth-degree assault, 60 days, credit for two days served, to serve seven days, balance probated.
