Police investigate stolen trailer:

Danville police are investigating the theft of a 16-foot by seven-foot trailer from Small Engine Repair on College Street.

Police said the trailer, valued at more than $300, was taken about midnight Friday, and the victim is Elijah Faulconer of Harrodsburg.

Man injured when truck hits pole:

A one-vehicle accident Saturday in Danville sent one man to the hospital.

Police said Justin L. Arnold, 19, of 137 Woods Drive was driving a 1994 Toyota Tacoma pickup truck north on Maple Avenue at 7:42 a.m. and struck a utility pole on the right side of the street.

Arnold's vehicle bounced off the pole, struck a tree, then struck another utility pole before coming to rest.

Arnold told police he may have fallen asleep. He was treated at the scene by Boyle County Emergency Medical Service and transported to Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center.


Jewelry, medicine stolen:

HARRODSBURG - City police are investigating a burglary at the home of Michael Travis Logue, 32, of 600 Ashwood Court.

Officer Jason Eldridge said someone entered the victim's home through an unsecured window and allegedly took two gold necklaces, a silver necklace and prescription medicine. The items were valued at $470.
