Robert E. White

HARRODSBURG - Robert Eban White, 23, of Harrodsburg, husband of Myranda White, died Friday in Marion County. Arrangements are incomplete at Alexander and Royalty Funeral Home.

Rita R. Bowmer

PERRYVILLE - Rita Roach Bowmer, 49, of Forkland, died Friday in Lexington.

Born Dec. 22, 1953, she was the daughter of the late Hobart Roach and Elizabeth Pelley. She was a teacher's aide with the Kentucky School for the Deaf and a member of Doctors Fork Baptist Church.

Survivors include a companion, Allen Ellis of Forkland; a son, Wayne Bowmer of Danville; a sister, Mona Gilpin of Perryville; two brothers, Martin Roach of Juncton City and Timmy Roach of Alum Springs; three grandchildren and two step- grandchildren.


Services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Wilder Funeral Home by Marty Elliot. Burial will be in Elder Cemetery in Casey County.

Visitation will be 5-9 p.m. today.


Anna W. Hampton

STANFORD - Services for Anna W. Hampton, 72, of Stanford, will be 2 p.m. today at Spurlin Funeral Home by the Rev. Max Hester. Burial will be in Buffalo Springs Cemetery.

She died Thursday at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center.

Born May 23, 1931, in Casey County, she was the daughter of the late Everette and Loisa York Vonlinger. She was a retired nurse's assistant and a member of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include one son, Barry Atkins of Stanford; four daughters, Sharon Ringley, Tonya Rowe and Mary R. Atkins, all of Stanford, and Mary Zwahlen of Richmond; nine sisters, Joyce Haggard of Kings Mountain, Dorothy Thompson of Oneida, Tenn., Mary Lee Oaks of Ottenheim, Zelpha McKinney of Somerset, Jeanette Coleman of Stanford, Mary Baker of Independence, Rosa J. Patterson of Waynesburg, Rita Bishop of Ohio and Francis Stevens of Stanford; seven grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren and several nephews and nieces. She was the widow of two husbands, David L. Atkins and James W. Hampton. She was preceded in death by a son, David L. Atkins, Jr., and a daughter, Anna L. Atkins.

Pallbearers will be Brian Atkins, William Hardin, Larry Whitehouse, Jody Lasure, John Hastie and Fred Reichenbach.

Keve' L. Johnson

HARRODSBURG - Services for Keve' Lofel Johnson, 33, of Clarkston, Ga., formerly of Harrodsburg, will be 1 p.m. Monday at First Baptist Church on Broadway by Virgil Hill. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery.

He died Tuesday at his home in Clarkston.

Born Jan. 30, 1970, he was the son of the late Clarence and Lulla Yates Johnson. He was a self-employed tax consultant and was a member of First Baptist Church in Harrodsburg. He attended the Anointed Voices of Praise Deliverance Temple in Clarkston and was a former member of the United Southern Baptist Church in Cincinnati. He was a 1989 graduate of Harrodsburg High School and attended Eastern Kentucky University.

Survivors include his wife, Angela Clark Johnson; two daughters, Tamera and Cameron Johnson, both of Clarkston; a brother, Michael Johnson of Atlanta; two sisters, Pamela Johnson of Cincinnati and Patricia Johnson of Harrodsburg; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Pallbearers will be Ricky Jones, John Linton, Jim Pittman, David Yates, John T. Mays, Kendall Patton, Scott Conover and Darryl Smith. Honorary pallbearers are Miquel Yates, Tyrone Jones, Rodney Parks, Roger Brown and Joey Yates.

Visitation will be 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday.

Parks Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
