HARRODSBURG - Matthew C. Mills, 25, of Harrodsburg, is being held at the Boyle County Detention Center on several charges related to an attempt to steal a pizza from a Pharaoh's Pizza delivery person.
When the delivery person arrived, Mills took delivery and told him to go around to the back door to be paid because of a mean dog.
The delivery person waited for about 10 minutes at the door and then went back to the front door.
Mills allegedly turned off the lights and refused to answer the door to pay for the pizza. When officers arrived at the scene, they saw Mills run out the back door dressed only in his underwear.
When police apprehended Mills, the delivery person identified him.
Mills was charged with theft by deception, alcohol intoxication, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and on an indictment warrant from Taylor County. His bond was set at $800.
