LIBERTY - Twin brothers have been indicted on burglary, theft and arson charges, according to Casey County circuit court records.
Rodney D. Johnson and Ronnie D. Johnson, 18, of Malone Cemetery Road, Bradfordsville, face multiple indictments handed up Wednesday by a grand jury.
Each is charged with second-degree arson and first-degree burglary in connection with a fire Jan. 1 at the home of Gene Lynn with the intent to destroy or damage a dwelling. They also are accused of entering the Lynn dwelling while one was armed with a a deadly weapon, 16-gauge shotgun or .22-caliber rifle.
Ronnie is charged with six counts of theft by unlawful taking or disposition, two counts of second-degree burglary, two counts of first-degree burglary, and one count each of third-degree burglary, unauthorized use of a vehicle, first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal mischief, and second-degree escape.
