Christine C. Hendrickson
GREENSBURG, Ind. - Christine C. Hendrickson, 77, of Greensburg, died Monday at her home.
Born Dec. 11, 1925, in Birmingham, Ala., she was the daughter of the late Ernest E. and Orie Mae Howard. She was a teacher and homemaker. She attended Eastern Kentucky University and University of Kentucky. She was a member of the UK Alumni Association, Kings Mountain United Methodist Church, Gideon's International Auxiliary and Eastern Kentucky State Teachers Association.
Survivors include her husband, Rolla B. Hendrickson of Greensburg; two sons, Rolla Hendrickson Jr. of Lake Park, Ga., and Michael Hendrickson of North Carolina; a daughter, Linda S. Grobauskas of Greensburg; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home by the Rev. Richard Waddle. A graveside service will be 1 p.m. Friday at K.P. Hall Cemetery near Kings Mountain.
Visitation is 4-7 p.m. today at Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home.

Barbara N. Peck
SHARPSBURG - Barbara N. Peck, 89, of Sharpsburg, died Friday at Mary Chiles Hospital in Mount Sterling.
Born May 8, 1914, in Roswell, N.M., she was the daughter of the late Renzo D. and Laura Adams Bowers. She was a retired teacher and a member of Sharpsburg Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include her husband, Alan N. Peck; two sons, Alan and John Peck, both of Mount Sterling; a daughter, Alice Jo McReynolds of Danville; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Services were Sunday at Taul Funeral Home. Burial was in Crown Hill Cemetery.
LANCASTER - Lucille Simpson, 70, of Paint Lick, died Tuesday at Pattie A. Clay Hospital.
Born Dec. 26, 1932, in Madison County, she was the daughter of the late William T. and Luvenia Stinnett Sparks. She was a homemaker and a member of Harmons Lick Church of God.
Survivors include her husband, John W. Simpson Sr. of Berea; a daughter, Anna S. Long of Richmond; a son, John Wesley Jr. of Berea; two brothers, Clifton Sparks of Berea, and Carl Sparks of Indianapolis; two sisters, Dorothy and Marie Kinnaird, both of Garrard County; five grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Ramsey Funeral Home by Preston McQuerry and James Tyra. Burial will be in Lancaster Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Wesley Simpson, Phillip Kidwell, John Long, Jordan Pitman, Ryan Prater and Blake Simpson.
Honorary pallbearers are Paxton Newman, Dorothy Lamb, Shelton Moss, Charles Stinnett, Ralph Simpson, Phil Davis, Bob Claprodt and Bessie Hawkins.
Visitation is 5-9 p.m. today.

LIBERTY - Services for Onsby Allen, 88, of Onsby Road, will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Bartle Funeral Home by the Revs. Vernon Blakey and Jessie Long. Burial will be in Whited Cemetery.
He died Monday at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center.
Born Dec. 21, 1914, in Casey County, he was the son of the late Henry and Lillie Buck Allen. He was a farmer and a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.
