Danville gets $13,300 from alcohol sales

Danville received $13,300 from liquor-by-the-drink sales during the first quarter of the fiscal year, which began July 1.

Restaurants must have at least 70 percent food sales and 30 percent alcohol sales. Restaurants pay the city 5 percent of gross alcohol sales.

Applebees paid $5,371 and had 13 percent alcohol sales; Guadalajara, $566 and 6 percent; Pizza Hut, $3,137 and 26 percent; Reno's, $3,653 and 15 percent; Two Roads Cafe, $574 and 13 percent.
