Wesley S. McFarland, 7291 Ky. 1859, Liberty, driving under the influence of intoxicants, $560, time served, and 90-day suspension of driver's license; possession of marijuana, $150; and possession of drug paraphernalia and no seat belt, merged.
Cases referred to the grand jury include:
Gregory J. Sallee, 24, Phillips Street, Liberty, first-degree criminal mischief of private property over $1,000. He was accused Sept. 27 of destroying three windows and a storm door belonging to J.R. Grant.
Criminal judgments handed down recently in Casey Circuit Court include:
William L. Clements Jr., 16235 Fork Creek Road, Liberty, 12 months in jail on a non-support charge. The sentence was probated on the condition he pay the support each month plus $50 each month toward the $6,999 he owes in past child support payments.
