Pumpkin Fun Run rescheduled:

Tolliver Elementary School's Pumpkin Fun Run has been rescheduled for 4 p.m. today. The one-mile run begins at Toliver and is open to students from all schools, grades preschool through fifth grade. There will be an overall boy and girl winner. Prizes will be awarded to first, second and third place finishers in preschool and grades one, two, three, and four/five. Entry fee is $2.

Law Seminar postponed:

The One Day Law Seminar sponsored by Central Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management, scheduled for Wednesday, has been postponed. Instead, there will be a monthly meeting held the same day at 11:45 a.m. at Danville Country Club. Bill Konwiczka, human resource manager at CTA Acoustics, will be the keynote speaker. His topic is "Lessons Learned" from the explosion Feb. 20 at CTA in Corbin. The cost is $15 for members, $20 for non-menbers. All leadership professionals are invited to attend.

Crab Orchard City Commission - 6:30 p.m. Thursday at City Hall.

Hustonville City Council Meeting - 7 p.m. Tuesday at City Hall.

Lincoln County/Cedar Creek Planning Commission - 7 p.m. Tuesday at Old KU/Courthouse Annex.

Perryville City Council - 7 p.m. Thursday at City Hall. Agenda items include department reports.

Stanford City Council Meeting - 6:30 p.m. Thursday at the historic depot.|None***
