David Hernandez, 18, felony criminal possession of a forged instrument, amended to misdemeanor, six months with credit for time served, balance probated; alcohol intoxication, $25.

Carl Sparks, 47, 735 Cummins Ferry Road, failure to obtain an on-site sewage disposal permit, 20 days to be in full compliance; contempt, dismissed.


Francisco Cabrera, driving under the influence of intoxicants, $200, four days in jail and 120-day license suspension, credit for four days served.
