Tammie A. Crosier, 18, 43 Westwood Drive, Liberty, fourth-degree assault, (domestic violence), $110 and 30 days with 22 days probated.

Karen May, 1413 Shugars Hill Road, Liberty, two counts of theft by deception, 30 days suspended if restitution made.

Roby Holtzclaw, 474 Holtzclaw Lane, Hustonville, 23 counts of theft by deception, 45 days suspended.

Todd Pittman, 26, 372 Mill Dam Road, Middleburg, possession of drug paraphernalia, $25.

Michael L. Bishop, 19, 65 Estesburg Road, Eubank, speeding 23 miles over the limit, $28; driving under the influence of intoxicants, $560, time served, and 90-day suspension of driver's license; and no seat belt, merged.


Donald D. Crosier, 19, 2962 Poplar Hill Road, Liberty, fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), $110 and 30 days with credit for eight days served and the other 22 days probated.


Cases referred to the grand jury include:

Jeffrey J. Hatter, 19, Ky. 70, Yosemite, two counts of forgery. He is accused of forging checks on Eddie Warren at Polly's Place.

Jimmy D. Robbins, 20, Liberty, first-degree burglary and theft by unlawful taking over $300.
