Joshua David Hill, 18, 531 Indian Creek Road, first-degree burglary, amended to criminal trespassing, six months; first-degree wanton endangerment, amended to second-degree wanton endangerment, six months; all sentences to be served concurrently, credit for 35 days served, balance probated.

Keith M. Hogue, 36, 429 Larue St., felony theft by unlawful taking, amended to misdemeanor theft by unlawful taking, 60 days, credit for nine days served, balance probated.

Gene Stinnett, 54, 595 Allah Ave., first-degree burglary, amended to misdemeanor burglary, 12 months; second-degree assault, amended to a misdemeanor, 12 months; third-degree criminal trespassing $100 and 90 days; third-degree criminal mischief, $100 and 90 days; three counts of fourth-degree assault, 12 months on each charge, credit for time served on all charges, balance probated.


George Glenn Byrd, 38, Lexington, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, $100.

Diane Ford, 474 W. Broadway, violation of local city ordinance, $25.

Amber Michelle Powell, 26, 834 Rosewood Drive, driving under the influence of intoxicants, blood-alcohol content .115 percent, $230 and 120-day license suspension; speeding, $48; no insurance, improper use of dealer or demonstrator tag, and license to be in possession, all dismissed.


Cases referred to the Mercer County grand jury include:

Troy Young, 24, 459 Sparrow Lane, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.
