Christopher Ince, Elkhorn, theft by deception, 30 days or restitution.

Jason Sweet, theft by deception, 15 days or restitution.

David J. Cundiff, 46, 10 counts of theft by deception, 60 days probated or restitution.

Kent B. Propes, 39, two charges of disorderly conduct, $80; two counts of alcohol intoxication in a public place, $311; and third-degree terroristic threatening, merged.

Anthony S. Woodworth, 28, Indianapolis, Ind., carrying a concealed deadly weapon and third-degree terroristic threatening, 180 days with 150 days probated.


Steven Luttrell, 23, Jonathan Fork Road, Liberty, and Randall Luttrell, 19, of 1676 Wall St., Liberty, each pleaded guilty to amended charges of second-degree burglary and theft by unlawful taking and were sentenced to six months. They are to served 30 days, and the remainder is to be probated.

Christopher S. Durham, 24, 3633 Calvary Ridge Road, Yosemite, possession of marijuana, $150, credit for time served and 30 days suspended; and public intoxication (controlled substance), $155.

Caleb S. Calcine, 2787 South Fork Ridge Road, Liberty, driving under the influence of intoxicants, $570, time served, and driver's license suspended for 90 days.

Daniel M. Brucker, 37, 1855 Canoe Creek Road, Liberty, DUI, $570, time served and 90-day suspension of driver's license; and possession of alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, $35.

Shannon R. Phelps, 35, DUI, $570, time served and 90-day suspension of driver's license.
