Matthew D. Hale, 24, 5994 E. Ky. 70, Yosemite, alcohol intoxication in public place, three days with 13 days credit; and third-degree criminal trespassing, $75.

Jeffrey S. Adams, 18, 310 W. Grubbs Lane, Danville, theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting), amended to under $300, 30 days suspended.

Travis Q. Pike, 30, 2795 Butchertown Road, Parksville, fleeing a police officer, driving under the influence of intoxicants, and third-degree wanton endangerment, $350 and time served.


Tina D. Allen, 39, 3228 Rouse Branch Road, Liberty, public intoxication of a controlled substance, $150; DUI, second offense, $350, 14 days to be served on weekends or work release, credit for two days served, and one-year suspension of driver's license.

Wilma Gibson, 2580 E. Ky. 70, Liberty, theft by deception.

Gary S. Sheene, 31, 2355 Ky. 198, Middleburg, driving under the influence of intoxicants, $570, time served and 90-day suspension of driver's license; and possession of open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle, $35.

Krista Watson, 23, Hurricane Ridge Road, Waynesburg, two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.


Civil judgments handed down recently in Casey Circuit Court include:
