Three injured in traffic accident
Three people were injured in accident at 11 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of U.S. 127 and Lisa Avenue.
A 2003 Dodge Stratus driven by April L. Johnson, 24, of 306 Burton Circle, pulled out of Reno's parking lot and crossed the southbound lane, stopping in the median and then pulling into northbound traffic, according to a Danville police report.
The car was struck by a 1999 Mercury Cougar driven by Stephanie M. Wainscott, 20, of Hebron, that was traveling north on U.S. 127. Johnson, Wainscott and a passenger in Wainscott's vehicle, Robbie Bedford, of Florence, were treated by Boyle EMS before being transported to Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center.
