In response to Mr. Hoover's letter, I would like to say that people do have the right to smoke if they so choose. Only in communist countries does the government control everone's lives. I think it is ridiculous to smoke in restaurants, but in bars? Everyone there is drunk and smoking. If you have a problem in a laundromat with wafts of smoke, buy a washer and dryer.
I am sick and tired of hearing non-smokers complain about smokers. It is not up to anyone whether or not someone else smokes. Frankly, it is not your concern.
