Why are our teachers and state government in such a state of crisis if President Bush is doing so much for education?
No Child Left Behind is a good program, but Mr. Bush has to provide the state with the funds to implement it. This is just one of many programs Mr. Bush has dumped on the states without proper funding.
School boards all over the country and state are having the same problems that we are having here in Kentucky.
If Mr. Bush will just start some programs that will benefit the average, hard-working people and forget the big oil and drug companies, maybe he can hold on to his office.
