Spring Boot Camp - 5:30 a.m. to 6:30 a.m. each Monday, Wednesday and Friday, March 22-May 7 at McDowell Wellness Center. (Classes will not meet the week of April 5-9.) This is a basic training class comprised of exercises that are used to train military personnel. These include push-ups, sit-ups, jumping jacks, crunches, up-downs, running and a pool workout.
