Wreck sends three to hospital
LANCASTER - Three Lancaster residents went to the hospital Friday after their car hit a dirt embankment on Ky. 39 in Garrard County, according to state police.
Jason Conn, 18, was driving his 1993 Dodge Colt north on Ky. 39 at 2:55 p.m. when he drove on the right shoulder and then overcorrected, crossing the southbound lane and into the embankment.
Conn and his passengers, Chris Underwood, 19, and Charles Lear Jr., 21, were admitted to Fort Logan Hospital in Stanford. None of their injuries was life threatening, police said.
