Masons wed 50 years
Harry L. and Anna Ruth Casey Mason will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary 1-5 p.m. Saturday with a reception at the Danville Convention Center, hosted by their children.
They were married April 17, 1954, in Norwood, Ohio.
They have six children: Kyle Mason of Hampstead, Md.; Dixie Yunt of Frankfort; Connie Cooper of Parksville; Matt Mason of Harrodsburg; Mark Mason of Orange Park, Fla., and Vickie Hunt of Richmond; 24 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Shaws wed 50 years
Earl and Hazel Shaw of Lancaster will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary 12:30-2:30 p.m. April 18 with a reception at the fellowship hall of Lancaster First Presbyterian Church, hosted by the choir and fellowship committee.
