Brad Cloud had three hits and drove in three runs Wednesday to lead Boyle County to a 10-4 victory over Casey County in a game that was rained out the day before.
Host Boyle (6-5) scored seven runs in the first two innings, when it collected six of its seven hits.
An RBI triple by Cloud and an RBI double by Matt Engle got the scoring started in the first inning, and Danny Commarford, Phillip Dean and Cloud drove in runs in the second.
Cloud finished with a single, a double, a triple and a walk, and he scored three times.
Casey (0-5) got six hits off four Boyle pitchers.
Dustin Perkins and Daniel Riddle had two hits each for Casey.
Mercer County 7, Harrodsburg 0 - At Harrodsburg, Andy Potts, Justin Morgan and Blake Yeager combined to throw a one-hitter as host Mercer (5-6) blanked Harrodsburg (1-6).
