Three suspects in the case were indicted Monday by a Casey County grand jury.
Joseph R. Sheene, 21, and his wife, Laura Beth Sheene, 20, and Kevin Dunham, 44, all of 3316 N. Ky. 501, Kings Mountain, were charged with trafficking in more than 5 pounds of marijuana.
The Sheenes were arrested April 20 at their residence, and Dunham was apprehended Monday.
Each was under a $10,000 cash or security bond. They posted bond Monday and were released from custody.
