HARRODSBURG - Danville cranked out 20 hits to defeat Harrodsburg 26-3 Tuesday at Anderson-Dean Community Park in the highest output.
For the second time in as many days, each of the Admirals' nine starters had at least one hit and everyone on the Danville roster got in the game.
Danville (15-7) doubled its 10-0 lead with a 10-run fourth inning that was capped by Ronnie Hawkins' three-run home run. Its run total was the largest for an area team this season.
Meanwhile, Harrodsburg (4-13) had only four hits against three Danville pitchers, and the Pioneers committed four errors.
Deangleo Durham led the Danville offense by going 3-for-3 at the plate. Hawkins, Jeremy Potts, Nate Uslin, Joey Beldon and Alex Gash had two hits each, while Rich Witten, Davis Teater, Derek Pollard, C.J. Lynn, Derrick Knight, Deshaun Warren and Ryan Funkhouser had one each.
