Shannon Graham, 24, 3410 Bass Ridge Road, Elkhorn, trafficking and cultivation of less than 5 pounds of marijuana.
Jaharvas Jumar Napier, 25, address unavailable, flagrant nonsupport. He is accused of owing more than $1,000 in support payments.
Criminal judgments handed down recently in Casey Circuit Court include:
George R. Cochran, 6428 N. Ky. 906, Hustonville, placed on pretrial diversion on a flagrant nonsupport charge. He will be under five years of probation or until $24,004 in support payments are made.
Terri Cochran, 40, 12-month sentence probated for facilitation to commit marijuana cultivation. The judgment also includes $500 to the Casey County Sheriff's Department drug fund.
Robert W. Baker, 20, 4428 Hwy. 501, Liberty, shock probation entered on third-degree burglary and theft by unlawful taking charges. He had been sentenced to two years in prison.
Ronnie D. Johnson and Rodney D. Johnson, both 18, and both of Malone Cemetery Road, Bradfordsville, were granted shock probation. Both had been sentenced to 10 years each on arson, theft and criminal mischief charges.
Patricia K. Rodgers, 32, of 1599 Shugars Hill Road, Liberty, sentenced to one year and 30 days in prison on third offense DUI, second offense driving while license suspended for DUI, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to render aid or assistance. Probation was denied.
