Small grains such as wheat, barley and oats have a reporting deadline of June 1. Burley tobacco and all other crops must be reported by July 15.
If tobacco is not being grown or leased, a zero report must be filed to protect the quota. This is also true for someone who grew excess in 2003 and will market it in the 2004 crop year.
