Register for history conference
Local musicians, students and music fans are invited to attend the Great American Brass Band Festival History Conference 8:45 a.m.-5 p.m. June 11 at the Norton Center. This year's conference features talks by the world's top John Philip Sousa scholars and performances by festival musicians and is sponsored in part by a grant from the Kentucky Humanities Council.

Brass band Fridays
Friday, June 4 and June 11 are "Brass Band Fridays." Support the Festival by wearing a GABBF shirt to work on those days. Companies that purchase shirts for their employees in advance will receive special discounts. For more information, please call (859) 236-1118.
Area businesses are invited to become official dealers of this year's Great American Brass Band Festival collector pins. Participating businesses will receive display boards holding 25 pins, retailing for $5 each, plus tax, and all proceeds go to the festival.
