I felt the need to write in after reading the comments of Jeff Hamlin. Seems to me that Mr. Hamlin and a few others don't understand or care that many people get tattoos as a way to express themselves - whether it's the joy of having a child, honoring a lost loved one, or even supporting their favorite team. Tattoos let people show a little part of what's inside them, on the outside.
Just because someone has a tattoo, they shouldn't be stereotyped as a redneck, thug, or bad person. There are plenty of them without tattoos. There are also plenty of people that don't have tattoos who aren't willing to work, while some who have them lose their jobs. It doesn't make a lot of sense to me.
Mr. Hamlin, what if you were lost in one our state parks and the ranger that found you had a visible tattoo? Would he be so unsightly and unprofessional then?
