I am writing in regards to the speed bumps on Price Court being rejected. Once again the city of Lancaster, Mayor Moss, and the city council have let its citizens down.
Basically, every taxpaying citizen on Price Court demanded that those speed bumps be installed. As taxpaying citizens, we have the right to those speed bumps to protect our children.
The last time I called the city police about a speeder, it took 45 minutes for an office to come to Price Court and check out the situation. Recently, I was at the drive-through at McDonald's when an officer pulled over an attractive young lady and within three to four minutes there were two more officers on the scene. Why is that? Is that attractive young lady more important than the safety of the children on Price Court? I think not.
