Services will be 2 p.m. today at Pulaski Funeral Home. Burial will be in Grave Hill Cemetery in Tateville.
Eva S. Hale
SOMERSET - Eva Stellene Hale, 81, of Danville, formerly of Pulaski County, died Sunday in Danville.
Born Dec. 11, 1922, in Pulaski County, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Ella Helton Edwards. She was retired and had been owner of White Spot restaurant and owner of Sportsman Hotel. She was a former member of Young Women Democrat Club and a former Businesswoman of the Year. She was the widow of Dault Hale.
Survivors include a son, Ron Hale of South Jordan, Utah; four daughters, Daulta Lou Bryant of Bronston, Margaret Childers and Sandy Calder, both of Somerset, and Ginny Hogue of Danville; 14 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Lake Cumberland Funeral Home by J.S. New. Burial will be in Wesley's Chapel Cemetery.
Visitation will be after 6 p.m. Wednesday.
Memorials may go to Heritage Hospice of Danville.

LANCASTER - Shirley Jean Johnson, 51, of Hurt Lane, died Monday at her home. She was the daughter of Alvin and Mae Cornelius Davis. Arrangements are incomplete at Ramsey Funeral Home.
LIBERTY - Clarence Vanover, 87, of Moxley Road, died Sunday at his home.
Born March 9, 1917, in Knox County, he was the son of the late Isaac and Emma Hollingsworth Vanover. He was a retired coal miner and a Baptist.
Survivors include his wife, Pauline Stewart Card Vanover; three sons, Nick Vanover of Somerset, Clarence Vanover Jr. of Independence, and Lawrence Vanover of Hendersonville, N.C.; two stepdaughters, Jacqueline Card of Liberty and Paula Vance of Proctorville, Ohio; two stepsons, William Card of Tampa, Fla.,. and Charles R. Card of Richmond, Va.; a brother, Lee Vanover of Barbourville; a sister, Marie V. Ward of Cincinnati; seven grandchildren; and eight step grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; seven step great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two stepsons, James E. and Ben Card, and his first wife, of Myrtle Crawford Vanover.
Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home by Onva Hayes and Danny Griffith. Burial will be in Barbourville City Cemetery.
Visitation is after 6 p.m. today.
Jack T. West
AMELIA, Ohio - Jack T. West, 62, of Danville, died Saturday.
Born May 10, 1942, in Danville, he was the son of the late Lucion and Ruth H. West.
Survivors include his wife, Martha West; two sons, Glenn A. West of Danville and Jack West II of Bethel, Ohio; three daughters, Donna Lindsey of Batavia, Ohio, Rhonda Edgell of New Richmond, Ohio, and Kay West of Bethel; three sisters, Betty Braun of Pittsburgh, Pa., Alice White of Harrodsburg and Janice Sargent of Danville; a brother, Robert West of Harrodsburg; 10 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, William T. West.
Services were today at E.C. Nurre Funeral Home. Burial was in Mount Moriah Cemetery.
