Charles Thigpen

Charles Thigpen, 50, of Ben Ali Drive, died Wednesday at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. Arrangements are incomplete at Stith Funeral Home.


Morris G. Cloyd

Services for Morris Gene Cloyd, 63, of Taylor Road, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Preston-Pruitt Funeral Home by the Rev. Harley Humfleet. Burial will be in Junction City Cemetery.

He died Wednesday at his home.

Born Aug. 12, 1940, in Junction City, he was the son of Minnie Doss Cloyd of Junction City and the late Julian L. Cloyd. He was a construction worker, retired from Triple D Construction Co.


Survivors include three daughters, Tracy Crawford of Mount Sterling, Debbie Hall of Russell Springs and Donna McCarty of Junction City; two sons, Keith and Kevin Cloyd, both of North Middletown; two brothers, Donald Cloyd of Stanford and Phil Cloyd of Versailles; and 11 grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Roger, Danny and John Cloyd, Ethan Crawford, Jason McCarty, Brad Muntz and Rick Crawford.

Honorary pallbearers are Donald Silvers, Claude Dungan, Roger Cunningham and Lance Parker.

Visitation will be 5-9 p.m. Friday.

Terri Tucker

OWINGS, Md. - Services for Terri Tucker, 39, of Solomons, Md., were Tuesday at Cedar Grove United Methodist Church. Burial will be 11 a.m. Friday at Bellevue Cemetery, Danville, by the Rev. Mike Allen.

She died Saturday at her home.

Pallbearers will be family members.
