Boyle Democratic headquarters open

The Boyle County Democratic headquarters will open Monday at 110 N. Second St. The headquarters will be open 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday through Friday through September, and 10 a.m.-2 p.m., and 4-7 p.m. after Oct. 1 until the Nov. 2 election.

Boyle commodities distribution set for Friday

Boyle County Health Department will hold commodity distribution 8 a.m.-noon Friday at the National Guard Armory. Volunteers are needed to assist with loading boxes after 1 p.m. Thursday and 8 a.m.-noon Friday.

Perryville Baptist hosts revival

Perryville Baptist Church is hosting a nightly revival at 7 p.m. through Saturday with former pastors Jeff Pratt and Bob Morrison.



Casey Fiscal Court - 5 p.m. Monday in the courtroom in the Casey Courthouse. The agenda includes considering the county tax rate, bids on the Mason Creek dump cleanup, and Enhanced 911 emergency communications system personnel.

Danville Board of Education - public hearing at 6:45 p.m. Monday at Jenny Rogers Elementary for a reading of proposed tax rate and public comment, followed by regular board meeting at 7 p.m.

Danville Cemetery Committee - 9 a.m. Tuesday at city hall to discuss cemetery maintenance services bids.

Arts Commission of Danville/Boyle County Board of Directors - 7 p.m. Sept. 28 for its monthly meeting at the McClure-Barbee House. The meeting is open to the public.
