GRADUATE
Eastern Kentucky University: Robert Vincent Silvers, son of Shirley Terry of Stanford and the late Bobby Fair, graduated May 8 with a bachelor of arts degree in English. He plans to pursue a writing career. He is the grandson of Mae and Edward Snow of Hustonville.
STUDENT TEACHING
Eastern Kentucky University: Stephen Brogli of Garrard County is one of 110 teacher education students who are student-teaching this semester.
Brogli is doing his student-teaching at Boyle County Middle School.
SCHOLARSHIPS
University of Kentucky: Emily Kilpatrick of Perryville has received an academic excellence scholarship to study at the College of Engineering.
A 2004 graduate of Boyle County High School, she is the daughter of William and Anne Kilpatrick.
