HARRODSBURG - A Mercer County grand jury recently handed up indictments against 10 people, including two Harrodsburg men accused of operating a methamphetamine lab.
Adam Carey, 28, of 725 Greenbriar Drive, and Derick Cochran, 24, of 472 Moreland Ave., were each charged with manufacture of methamphetamine. The indictment alleges that Carey and Cochran were in possession of equipment and chemicals needed to make meth.
Garry Bradshaw testified before the grand jury.
Others indicted were:
* Barton A. Reivitt, 28, of 600 Bruner's Chapel Road, charged with fourth-degree assault and tampering with physical evidence. Reivitt allegedly assaulted Robbie Hines on June 27.
Chris Edwards testified before the grand jury.
* Timothy Allen Agner, 27, of 595 Bruner's Chapel Road, charged with second-degree burglary and theft under $300. Agner allegedly broke into Barton Reivitt's house in July and stole some sugar.
