Dorothy J. Sizemore

LEXINGTON - Dorothy Jean Sizemore, 63, of Danville, died Thursday at Pimlico Manor in Lexington.

Born Oct. 22, 1940, in Knoxville, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Thelma Franklin Rayfield. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include her daughter, Bekki Wagner of Hull, Ga.; a son, Charles Sizemore of Woodstock, Ga.; a sister, Deborah Eakle of Lexington; and a brother, Kenneth Rayfield of Lexington.

A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Pimlico Manor.

Memorials may go to Boyle County Senior Citizens Center, 569 Jean Drive, Danville.

Pruitt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.


Jack E. Long

Services for Jack Earl Long, 70, of Stanford, will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Stith Funeral Home by the Rev. Lihn Nguyen. Burial will be in Camp Nelson National Cemetery with military rites by Boyle Post 46, American Legion.


He died Saturday at St. Joseph Hospital.

Pallbearers are members of Boyle Post 46, American Legion.

Patsy C. Martin

Graveside services for Patsy Conway Martin, 74, of Crystal Springs Road, will be 11 a.m. Friday at Camp Nelson National Cemetery by the Rev. Ivan Shelburn.

She died Tuesday at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center.

Born Oct. 29, 1929, in Franklin County, she was a daughter of the late Ben and Sylvia Howard Conway. She was a widow of William J. Martin and a Presbyterian.

Survivors include a daughter, Liz Harmon of Danville; two sons, Mike Martin of Versailles and Joseph Martin of Lexington; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Dr. Sam Reid, Bobby Fowler, Charlie Oiler, Dale Harmon, J.J. Martin and Beau Martin.

Visitation is 6-8 p.m. today at Preston-Pruitt Funeral Home.

Memorials may go to Boyle County Humane Society or American Cancer Society.
