Vickie L. Floyd
LANCASTER - Vickie Lee Floyd, 51, of Elm Street, Crab Orchard, died Thursday at Central Baptist Hospital.
Born May 12, 1953, in Madison County, she was the daughter of Robert Creech of Lancaster and the late Ella Jean Turner Creech. She was an employee of Saylor Mart in Crab Orchard.
Survivors include her daughter, Sheena Floyd of Crab Orchard; a son, Nicholas Floyd of Crab Orchard; a sister, Hope McQuerry of Crab Orchard. She was preceded in death by her companion, Dallas Peel.
Services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Ramsey Funeral Home by the Rev. Brett Summers. Burial will be in Lancaster Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Rick and Randy Hendrickson, Jerry Mullins, Dariel Atkins, Gordon and John McQuerry.
Visitation will be 5-9 p.m. Sunday.
Mary T. Robbins
STANFORD - Mary Ida Thompson Robbins, 83, of Stanford, formerly of McKinney, died today at Fort Logan Hospital.
Born July 14, 1921, in Bowling Green, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Lottie Young Thompson. She was a retired McKinney Elementary School cook and a homemaker. She was a member of McKinney Baptist Church and Green River Homemakers Club. She was the widow of Andrew Robbins.
Survivors include nine sons, Earl H. Robbins of Harrodsburg, Buford Robbins Jr. of Versailles, Carl E. Robbins of Somerset, David A. Robbins and Michael D. Robbins, both of Stanford, John W. Robbins of Danville, Marty W. Robbins of Lancaster, Charles R. Robbins of McKinney and Harold R. Robbins of Scranton, Pa.; six daughters, Ethel L. Miracle and Wanda K. Miracle, both of Stanford, Mary Jo Peyton of Hustonville, Tammy J. Henry, Vicky G. Smith and Teffnie C. Wray, all of New Salem; a sister, Katherine Voils of Russell Springs; 43 grandchildren; 52 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be 2 p.m. Monday at Fox Funeral Home by the Rev. Bob Bausum. Burial will be in Buffalo Springs Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be grandsons.
Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. Sunday and after 8 a.m. Monday.
Robert H. Thurmond
CORBIN - Robert Helm Thurmond, 80, of Corbin, formerly of Danville, died Wednesday at Baptist Regional Medical Center.
He was the son of the late Will and Amelia Thurmond. He excelled in track and field while attending Danville High School and was a two-time state hurdling champion in the early 1940's. He coached local Optimist youth sports programs and supported high school sports for many years. He was a member of Corbin First Christian Church, served as elder and was a member of the Chancel Choir for 50 years.
Survivors include his wife, Margaret Gover Thurmond; a son, Robbie Thurmond of Corbin; three daughters, Carol T. Bentley of Gray, Lee Ann T. Strunk and Amy T. Conley, all of Corbin; and 10 grandchildren.
Services were today at First Christian Church by the Revs. Jerry Combs and C.H. Dudley. Burial was in Pine Hill Cemetery.

LANCASTER - Louise Tudor, 87, of Colony Road, died today at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. Arrangements are incomplete at Ramsey Funeral Home.
Graveside services for Daisy "Jack" Shavers, 85, of New York, formerly of Danville, will be 1 p.m. Monday at Hilldale Cemetery. She was the sister of the late Cornelia Faulkner. Smith-Jackson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

PERRYVILLE - Services for Jeanne Powell Jones, 78, of Polk Street, are 2 p.m. today at Wilder Funeral Home by the Rev. Rick Fullard. Burial is in Hillcrest Cemetery.
She died Tuesday at James B. Haggin Memorial Hospital.
Pallbearers will be Willie Clark, Richard Young, David May, Stuart Powell, Westley Smith and Arthur L. Crain.
Patsy C. Martin
Graveside services for Patsy Conway Martin, 74, of Crystal Springs Road, were today at Camp Nelson National Cemetery by the Rev. Ivan Shelburn.
She died Tuesday at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center.
Born Nov. 29, 1929, in Franklin County, she was a daughter of the late Ben Conway and Sylvia Howard Lancaster. She was a widow of William J. Martin and a Presbyterian.
Survivors include a daughter, Liz Harmon of Danville; two sons, Mike Martin and Joseph Martin, both of Versailles; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Dr. Sam Reid, Bobby Fowler, Charlie Oiler, Dale Harmon, J.J. Martin and Beau Martin.
Memorials may go to Boyle County Humane Society or American Cancer Society.
