Lois and her two sisters, Lottie and Louise, are beautiful Australian cattle dog and collie mix pups. They are among the animals available for adoption this week from the Danville-Boyle County Humane Society Animal Shelter.
Other puppies available include several yellow and black Labrador retriever mixes, a 4-month-old border collie mix, two 4-month-old Dalmatian-setter mixes, two 6-month-old collie mixes, and a 5-month-old German short-haired pointer mix.
Adults include a beautiful large 1-year-old neutered male named Banjo and a sweet springer spaniel male. There are also several cats and kittens available.
The shelter is open from 8:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday.
The adoption fee of $60 includes spay/neuter surgery, first vaccinations, de-worming, rabies vaccination, Boyle County license tag for dogs and feline leukemia test for cats.
