We've been given a choice. Our lives are filled every day with choices. And it is an awe-inspiring thing to realize that an Almighty God would create us, create this earth, then give us freedom to choose what we will concerning them both.
As a nation, we have the right to choose our own destiny. If we choose life, the ways that are right and upheld by Biblical principles, then the blessings come on us. If we choose death, the ways not upheld by Biblical principles, the curse comes.
When one thinks of all the ills of our society, we must go back and look at the choices we have made in the past. You may think, "I didn't make the choice to allow abortion; I didn't make the choice to remove the Ten Commandments from public view; I didn't make the choice to remove prayer and Bible reading from our schools." Let me ask this: Did you vote? Or worse yet, did you vote for the candidate that would uphold these things because of your particular party? If you didn't choose to get out and vote then a choice was made for you. And not voting as a Christian is making a wrong choice.
