LANCASTER - The investigation is still pending on the stabbing of two juveniles over what has been pieced together as an argument over a gun. Chris Day and Brandon Johnson were seriously injured by a stabbing that occurred Oct. 27 on Highland Road.
Day was released Tuesday to his mother's care. He was stabbed three times, and had suffered a lacerated liver, two wounds in the small intestine and a collapsed lung.
Johnson's heart was penetrated by a stab wound, but no further information is available on his current condition.
According to Chief Ron Lamb, Charles Osborne, 25, has been charged with receiving stolen property regarding a gun that was taken from a residence and later found to have been in his possession.
Local and state police are centering the investigation around Osborne having possession of the stolen gun. Osborne is currently out of jail on bail.
