Bookmobile off road for holidays

The Boyle County Public Library Bookmobile will be off the road Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Farm program online with FSA

LEXINGTON - The electronic loan deficiency payments and direct and counter-cyclical program has been made available online at the Farm Service Agency. These new options allow farmers the flexibility to submit applications for Loan Deficiency Payments and sign contracts from any computer with Internet access.

Access to electronic services begins with the farmer establishing an active eAuthentication Level 2 account with USDA. Once the online registration is complete at, a visit to the local FSA office will finish the process.

Funeral home plans remembrance
