Hearing set on Boyle payroll tax hike
PERRYVILLE - Boyle County Fiscal Court will hold a public hearing about a possible payroll tax increase 6 p.m. Tuesday at Perryville United Methodist Church.
LCHS presents Christmas Gala
STANFORD - A Christmas Gala and Bazaar will be 6:30-8:30 p.m. Dec. 13 at Lincoln County High School..
Students will display their work, Santa will visit, and the high school chorus will perform. Refreshments will be served.
Sixteen local merchants will display items for last-minute Christmas gifts. Purchases will be wrapped free.
MEETING
Mercer County Board of Education - 5 p.m. today for a special meeting at Mercer County Elementary School to tour the school, set dates for tours of the middle and high schools, bus garage and maintenance. The next regular meeting will be Dec. 7.
