* Susan M. Hatter, 34, 1004 Plainview Drive, charged with first-degree robbery by threatening the use of physical force while armed with a firearm, being a first-degree persistent felony offender, and two counts of second-degree unlawful transaction with a minor. She is accused of threatening the use of physical force while armed with a firearm in the course of committing a theft from Eric Merriman on July 27. * Ronald K. Roller, 51, 408 Grant St., charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, first-degree fleeing or evading police, first-degree wanton endangerment and tampering with physical evidence. He is accused of possessing a handgun after having been previously convicted of a felony, knowingly disobeying a police officer's order to stop his vehicle, pointing a firearm in the direction of Tommy Shearer and removing and/or concealing physical evidence, a firearm, with the intent to impair its availability in an official proceeding on Sept. 19. * James A. Gaines, 22, 507 Smith St., charged with second-degree burglary and theft of unlawful taking greater than $300. He is accused of unlawfully entering the house of Kayla Benedict and taking a television, clothes, shoes, DVDs, a telephone and a VCR belonging to Lisa Benedict on Aug. 18. * Phillip A. Taylor, 23, 1878 Greenbriar Road, Waynesburg, charged with second-degree burglary and theft by unlawful taking greater than $300.
