Priscilla Beasley, 90, of North Third Street, died today at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. Arrangements are incomplete at Smith-Jackson Funeral Home.

Lavicia Daugherty

PERRYVILLE - Lavicia Daugherty, 87, widow of Sam Daugherty, of Gravel Switch died today at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. Arrangements are incomplete at Wilder Funeral Home.

James Foley

WAYNESBURG - James Foley, 24, of Waynesburg, died Thursday at University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center. He was the son of Jimmy Foley and Anita Creech. Arrangements are incomplete at Barnett & Demrow Funeral Home.


Thelma F. Nichols

HARRODSBURG - Thelma Frances Nichols, 86, of New Dixville Road, widow of Charles O. Nichols, died today at Danville Centre for Health and Rehabilitation. Arrangements are incomplete at Ransdell Funeral Chapel.

Joseph B. Wood

LANCASTER - Joseph Benjamin Wood, 56, of Kelly Ridge Road, died Wednesday at his home.

Born March 5, 1948, in Boyle County, he was a son of Betty Arnold Wood of Lancaster and the late Thomas B. Wood. He was a builder, a member of Lancaster Christian Church and a veteran of the Korean War.

Survivors include his wife, Joan Wood; three stepchildren, Brandan Adkins and Ian Adkins, both of Louisville, and Caitlin Adkins of Richmond; and a sister, Laura Wood of Louisville.

Services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Spurlin Funeral Home by the Revs. Bryce McCulley and Patrick Stewart. Burial will be in Dixion Family Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Randy Carrier, Jim Moberly, Wes Zanone, Jerry Bogie, Marc Goldstein and David Lunceford. Honorary pallbearers are Gillis Dismeaux, Malcum Conlee, Brendan Adkins, Ian Adkins and Harry Bowen.

Visitation will be 3-8 p.m. Sunday.

Memorials may go to Kentucky Education Television, Garrard County Humane Society and St. Mark School in Richmond.


Elizabeth L. Bonta

HARRODSBURG -Graveside services for Elizabeth L. Bonta, 88, formerly of Harrodsburg, will be 11 a.m. today at Spring Hill Cemetery by Charles White.

She died Wednesday at Spring View Hospital in Lebanon.

Born Jan. 13, 1916, in Harrodsburg, she was the daughter of the late Shannon and Talitha Russell Terhune. She was a homemaker and the widow of James Bonta.

Survivors include a great-niece, Linda Pike of Danville.

There will be no visitation.

Ransdell Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Billy Joe Hill

HARRODSBURG - Private services for Billy Joe Hill, 69, of Greenville Street, are today at Alexander & Royalty Funeral Home by the Rev. Kenneth Whitehouse. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery.

He died Thursday at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center.

Born Feb. 28, 1935, in Anderson County, he was the son of the late Marvin and Tolla Belle Ritter Hill. He was an employee of Corning Inc. for 36 years and a member of Ellers Memorial Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Betty Noel Hill; a son, William Hill of Harrodsburg; two daughters, Beverly Goodpaster of Harrodsburg and Betty Jo Richmond of England; a brother, Wayne Hill of Harrodsburg; a sister, Mary McDonald of Charlotte, N.C.; and six grandchildren.

Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.

Alma C. Moore

PERRYVILLE - Services for Alma Christine Moore, 88, of Lebanon, will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Wilder Funeral Home. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery. She died Wednesday in Lebanon.

Pallbearers will be John, Larry, Bobby, Billy and James Moore and Godbey Hundley Jr. Honorary pallbearers are Regina Hundley, Betty J. Holderman and Jo Ellen Turner.

Visitation will be noon Sunday until time of service.

Anna Lee Manning

HARRODSBURG - Services for Anna Lee Sims Manning, 86, of Parkview Avenue, are 1 p.m. today at Ransdell Funeral Chapel by the Rev. Don Chase. Burial is in Spring Hill Cemetery.

She died Thursday at her home.

Pallbearers are John Sims, Jeff Sims, Cary B. Howard, Arran Campbell, Howard Fallis, Jon Hester and Jim Hester.

Memorials may go to Gideon International Bible Fund or Harrodsburg Christian Church.
