Claude F. Toney

Claude F. Toney, 79, of Alum Springs Road, died Wednesday at Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Born Sept. 1, 1925, in Danville, he was a son of the late Claude F. and Nannie Rayburn Toney. He was a member of First Church of God in Alum Springs and graduated from Danville High School and University of Kentucky. He was retired from the Marines, where he earned a Purple Heart and a Bronze Star. He worked in civil service and was a member of Wilderness Radio Operators.

Survivors include by a daughter, Charlotte Morgan of Hallsville, Texas; four sisters, Mary Garvis of Lapel, Ind., Nancy Casey of Greenville, Tenn., Bonnie Muse of Georgetown, and Peggy Robinson of Lakes Wales, Fla.; and four grandchildren.

Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at First Church of God. Burial will be in Danville Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be noon2 p.m. Saturday.

Memorials may go to Toney Family Life Center, First Church of God, Alum Springs.

Andy M. McHolan

PERRYVILLE - The Rev. Andy M. McHolan, 89, of Cochran, Ga., formerly of Perryville, died Wednesday in Cochran.

He was the husband of Virginia D. McHolan. Arrangements are incomplete at Wilder Funeral Home.

Henry L. Fjellman

DUBUQUE, Iowa - Henry L. Fjellman, 88, of Dubuque, Iowa, formerly of Danville, died Tuesday in Dubuque.

Born June 7, 1916, in Deep River, Conn., he was a son of the late Hans and Esther Anderson Fjellman.

He worked as controller for Rexnord Corp., serving various divisions in Springfield, Mass., Milwaukee, Ellwood City, Pa., and Dan -ville, Ky. He retired in 1981 from Mathews in Danville. He was a member of the Financial Executives Institute and a past president of the Milwaukee chapter.

Survivors are his wife, Emma "Emily" Korhummel Fjellman; a son, Dick Judie Fjellman of Dubuque; two grandsons; and a great-grandson.

Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Dubuque. Burial will be 11 a.m.. Wednesday in Fountain Hill Cemetery in Deep River.

Visitation will be 3-7 p.m. Friday at Hoffmann Schneider and Kitchen Funeral Home.

Memorials may go to Luther Manor or Dubuque Lutheran School.

Edith P. Redmond

MORELAND - Edith Pearl Redmond, 83, of Cincinnati, died Wednesday at Hospice of Cincinnati.

Born Nov. 28, 1921, in Boyle County, she was the daughter of the late Mary Katherine Ferrell Winfrey and Raymond Richardson Walker. She was a homemaker.

Survivors are a brother, Ray Walker of Danville; a sister, Mary Eva Brackett of Green-hills, Ohio; and stepmother, Hazel Walker of White Oak.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home. Burial will be in Moreland Cemetery.

Visitation will be after noon Sunday.

Lucille R. Beldon

MORELAND - Services for Lucille Richards Beldon, 79, of Hustonville, will be at 2 p.m. Friday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home by the Rev. G.W. Smith. Burial will be in Hustonville Cemetery.

She died Tuesday at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center.

Born Dec. 11, 1925, in Casey County, she was the daughter of the late Oscar and Etta Cummins Richards.

She had worked for the Casey County Board of Education for 19 years and was a member of Rocky Ford Baptist Church where she had been a Sunday School teacher for 35 years.

She was the widow of Clifton L. Beldon.

Survivors include a son, Doug Beldon of Jacktown; a daughter, Gloria Sue Ellis of Ellisburg; a brother, Russell Richards of Hustonville; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Dwight Griffin, Joey Ellis, Craig Griffin, Vernon Schubert, Sean Austin, Bronson Richards, Vernon Richards and Waitman Beeler. Honorary pallbearers are granddaughters, great-grandchildren, nieces and Wanda Garrett and Alice Faye Beeler.

Visitation is after 6 p.m. today.

Mary P. Hasty

MORELAND - Services for Mary Patty "Pat" Peek Hasty, 71, of Danville, died Tuesday at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center.

Born May 31, 1933, in Lincoln County, she was the daughter of the late Edwin R. and Nettie Helm Kennedy Peek.

She was a former employee of Cimarron Carriages with Norfolk Southern and a member of Blue Lick Baptist Church.

She was the widow of Donald Hasty.

Survivors include a son, Edwin Hasty of Junction City; three daughters, Sandra Hasty of Danville, Dona Brownell of Caney, Okla., and Diana Williams of Sunburst, Mont.; a sister, Dotty Hensley of Memphis, Tenn.; and a brother, Jimmy Peek of Moreland; five grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren

She was preceded in death by two sons, Michael Hasty and Donald Bruce Hasty Jr.

Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home by Ezeriah Campbell and the Rev. G.W. Smith. Burial will be in Buffalo Springs Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Powell, Russell, Carl, Fred and Dennis Martin, Charles Yates, Jimmy Floyd and Michael Maddox.

Honorary pallbearers are grandchildren, and Tyler, Bo and Bowen McGuffey, Joseph Belcher, Rodney and Jeff Hensley and Steve Tully.

Visitation will be 5-9 p.m. Friday.
