Patsy Jean Noel Carrier, 71, of Stanford, died Sunday, Sept. 4 at the UK Medical Center in Lexington.
A native of Washington Co., she was born Aug. 26, 1934 to the late Silas and Alpha Beavers Noel. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, Hollis Carrier of Stanford; two sons, Troy (Becky) Carrier and Trevor (Theresa) Carrier both of Stanford; four brothers, Allen Noel and John Noel both of Springfield and Lloyd and Jack Noel both of Willisburg; five sisters, Elizabeth Keen of Elizabethtown, Nancy Mitchell of Indiana, Sue Whitehouse of Nelson Co., Annelle Noel of Springfield and Mary Chambers of Danville; two grandchildren, Hollie and Matthew Daniel Carrier of Stanford; and three step grandchildren, Corey Carney, and Dustin and Tiffany Varvel.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, Sept. 7 at the Fox Funeral Home with Bro. Steven Willingham officiating. Burial was in Buffalo Springs Cemetery.
