Jean Taylor of Waynesburg announces the engagement of her daughter, Regina Carol Taylor Wiles to Dennis Wayne Moore, the son of Robert Moore of Waynesburg and the late Berniece Moore. Taylor Wiles is also the daughter of the late Dallas Taylor.
Vola Brown will be officiating the nuptials between Regina and Dennis.
An open wedding is planned for April 8, 2006 at 4:00 p.m. at Eubank Park Shelter #5 in Eubank.
All family and friends are invited to share in the joy of Dennis and Regina's special day.
A reception will immediately follow the ceremony.
