Centre shot 44 percent from the field, while Berea (3-4) shot just 31 percent.
Zerhusen was 8-for-9 from the field. Matt Jacobson scored 11 points and Thomas Britt added 10 for the Colonels. Magnusson, who entered the game averaging a team-high 17.8 points, was held to six points on 2-for-13 shooting.
"They focused on Reggie and really did a good job of crowding him," Mason said. "Reggie didn't have a night he typically has, but he kicked it out to teammates and they knocked down shots."
